Description
If you have experience as a therapist/clinician working in the SPT triadic model and want to apply for certified clinician member status, please complete these steps:
- Pay this application fee.
- Complete the online clinician certification application questionnaire (link will be emailed to you after you pay the application fee).
- Ask a surrogate partner you’ve worked with before on SPT case(s) to submit a reference using our online form (link will be emailed to you after you pay the application fee, which you can then forward to them).
After all of the above steps are complete, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
